
Return or Refund Policy
We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we’ll be happy to offer a return for the item within 14 days from the date the order is received for a full refund. We offer a 14-day return policy for all unused items. Customers may return items for a full refund within 14 days from the date the order is received, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. To initiate a return, please visit our return portal.
​To make a return:

Items must be unused/unworn.

Items must still be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear.

You must have a valid order number or a valid purchase receipt or proof of purchase.

PLEASE NOTE:

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. We cannot accept returns of clearance or sale items.

All returns must be made within 14 days from the date the order is received and must be accompanied by a valid order number or a valid purchase receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds for returns received within 14 days of receipt will be given in the same form as the original payment type.

We are unable to accept any items that have been returned outside of the stipulated period above, or that are worn or in an unsellable condition (that is, used, worn, damaged, and not with all tags attached).

Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.

The following products are not eligible for return: Perishable; food items; Personalised orders – items made to order or specifically for you; Digital contents; Consumable items; Sealed items: items sealed for health or hygiene reasons.

We do not include return notes in our parcels. If you choose not to use the return label provided by us, please ensure you include your completed return form with the correct order number inside the package.

Please allow approximately 10 business days (which may be longer during busy periods) for your return to be processed once the item has arrived at our facility and passed quality checks.

We cannot guarantee a refund if the returned item is damaged, missing any parts, or damaged during return delivery because it wasn't packaged correctly. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the item is returned to us in the same condition it was originally delivered or received.

If you are approved for a refund, your refund amount will be processed, and a refund will be made to the original payment method within the specified days.

Customers can generate a return label through our return portal. Please note that you are responsible for your return costs.

For domestic returns, where you use a return label provided by us, the shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund.

For international returns, customers are responsible for covering shipping costs upfront.

Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund after the time stipulated above, first check with your bank or debit/credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@sagevistas.com
If you feel that your items are faulty
Immediately upon receipt of your item, please contact our support team by info@sagevistas.com or via the ‘contact us’ at the bottom of this page, with your order number and images of the item and the fault, so we can look into this further for you. Please do not return your faulty item until you have contacted us.
